AGM venue change on 28 November 2009

This is a reminder about the AGM planned for the 28 November 2009. There has been a venue change as unanticipated venue hire was requested from the Lagoon Conference Centre. We have now made arrangements with the University of Stellenbosch to hold the AGM in the lecture hall at the Engineering Faculty on the University of Stellenbosch Campus. This is an ideal venue and we are extremely grateful to the University for allowing us to use this facility.

In addition I am thrilled to mention that Dr Hannelie Human has agreed to address us as guest speaker on the AFB issue. She is at present in Denmark spending time with the Head of the AFB Unit there, and returns a day or two before our AGM.

The meeting is scheduled to open at 0900hrs and finish at 1300hrs. Further details regarding the exact location of the Engineering Faculty will be posted on our web site shortly.

We look forward to a good turn out.
