Beecon 2011: An event not to be missed

Beekeepers to diaries this date and make an effort to attend this once a year, once in a lifetime event! WCBA have worked out a stimulating programme and the AGM on Saturday will be an exciting meeting vital for our bee industry so make sure that you are there.

The annual Beecon will take place on the 23-25 June 2011. It promises to be a very interesting three days beginning with a guided bus tour along the West Coast. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Western Cape Bee Industry. A gala evening is included in the program at a wonderful venue in Stellenbosch. Saturday is the SABIO Annual General Meeting.
