Honey And Lemon Drink
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • slices of fresh ginger  OR  5 sage leaves.

Pour boiling water into a heatproof glass or mug.

Add squeezed lemon juice and sliced ginger or sage.

Stand for a few minutes and sip throughout the day.

This eases a sore throat and provides a good dose of vitamins.
